Binance Launches Second Vote to Delist Campaign
Binance has started the second round of its Vote to Delist campaign. Users can now vote on whether 17 tokens should be removed from the platform. These tokens have a “Monitoring” tag.
The Vote to Delist program aims to boost transparency. It also gives the community a say in listing decisions. The tokens up for potential delisting include FTT, JASMY, VOXEL, and others. The voting period runs from April 10 to April 16.
To vote, users need a verified Binance account. They must also hold at least 0.01 BNB during the voting period. Each user can vote for up to five tokens, with one vote per project.
Binance will consider community feedback. However, the vote outcome won’t be the only factor. Other elements like project activity and regulatory risks will also influence the final decision.
After the first Vote to Delist round, 14 tokens will be removed on April 16. Reasons for their delisting include compliance concerns and poor trading activity.
On April 9, Binance introduced LDUSDT. This is a new reward-bearing margin asset. It allows users to convert Tether (USDT) into a margin asset for futures trading. Users can still earn real-time APR rewards. This feature gives users more flexibility.
