Founded in October 2024, TBPN began daily livestreaming in March 2025 and has since carved out a niche audience. Each episode draws roughly 70,000 viewers across platforms such as X, YouTube, and Spotify. While modest compared to traditional financial media, the show has gained traction among technology leaders who see it as more aligned with industry perspectives than legacy outlets like Bloomberg or CNBC. The acquisition comes shortly after OpenAI closed a $122 billion funding round led by Amazon, Nvidia, and SoftBank.
