Cardano Gains Major Exposure: Integrated into Brave Wallet Beta
Cardano (ADA) is now part of Brave Wallet’s beta version. This move exposes the blockchain to over 88 million users of the privacy-focused browser.A Cardano-focused X page first revealed the update on June 19, showing ADA live in the wallet.
The integration was announced in May by Input Output and Brave Software. Users can now send, receive, swap, and manage Cardano assets directly within the browser. They can also handle tokens like Midnight’s NIGHT and use decentralized apps.
Despite these developments, ADA’s price action remains subdued. It’s currently at $0.6002, down 0.5% on the day. Trading volume and derivatives metrics show a decline, signaling reduced speculative interest.
Technically, ADA is in a downtrend, trading near its lowest level as mid-April. It’s below key moving averages, indicating strong bearish momentum. Bollinger Bands and other indicators suggest continued selling pressure, though some signs point to a potential short-term rebound.
A bullish RSI crossover with higher volume could push ADA above $0.63. Though, low volume and rejection at $0.6265 could confirm the downward trend. A deeper drop towards $0.55 is possible if ADA can’t hold above $0.59.
