Omni Foundation Unveils $10 Million Crypto Incentive Program
The Omni Foundation has introduced a $10 million incentive program to boost crypto adoption. This initiative, supported by Symbiotic, aims to enhance user experience and drive growth in the crypto space.
The program is part of Omni NetworkS SolverNet, a solution for cross-chain applications. It aims to make using crypto apps smoother and more intuitive. According to the Omni Foundation, this move will accelerate the adoption of Symbiotic and other SolverNet-based applications.
SolverNet was designed to eliminate common crypto hassles like bridging and delays. The incentive program highlights how seamless the on-chain experience can be when complexity is removed.
Early users interacting with SolverNet-enabled decentralized applications will receive rewards. The first rewards will come from Symbiotic’s wrapped staked Ethereum (wstETH) vault on testnet. Users can deposit funds into vaults on layer 1 from rollups without needing bridging solutions.
Omni users can start earning rewards with testnet wstETH from Omni’s Base Sepolia faucet. The program is open to all users, including those who join after SolverNet’s mainnet launch on Symbiotic.
This launch follows Omni Network’s recent staking upgrade, OMNI. It allows stakers to earn rewards while securing the Ethereum Virtual Machine platform.
