Binance Launches “Vote to List” Campaign wiht Memecoins
Binance, the world’s largest crypto exchange, has unveiled the first batch of tokens for its “vote to list” campaign. This includes popular memecoins like Mubarak and Broccoli.
The campaign allows binance users to vote on which tokens shoudl be listed or removed. This decision-making power is part of Binance’s community co-governance initiative. BNB holders are excited about this move.
The initial list features tokens from the BNB Chain ecosystem. Future rounds will include tokens from Binance Alpha. Before adding tokens, Binance considers factors like project fundamentals, user adoption, and technical risk.
Here are the nine tokens in the first batch:
- MUBARAK
- Broccoli
- Banana For Scale
- CreatorBid
- CZ’S Dog
- Koma Inu
- SIREN
- Tutorial
- WHY
Many of these tokens have seen significant price gains. For example, CZ’s Dog rose 104% in 24 hours. However, some experts, like Cathie Wood of ARK Invest, warn that most memecoins may become worthless.
While traders seek the next big memecoin, it’s important to remember that only a few might survive long-term. binance’s “vote to list” campaign adds an interesting twist to the crypto world.
